Terms and Conditions

1. Provider and acceptance

When you create an account, publish, or use features requiring acceptance, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Publication Rules. The Privacy Policy is provided as information about personal-data processing.

2. Age

Accounts, publications, persistent reactions and promotions are reserved for people aged 18 or over. V1 uses an age declaration and does not request an ID document or date of birth by default.

3. Account and access

You must use your own details and keep control of your access links and sessions. Pintopp may limit requests, sessions or actions where necessary for security, abuse prevention or compliance.

4. Publishing PINS

Publishing a PIN is free. You must have sufficient rights to the photo, text and other content you publish and must respect the law, privacy and third-party rights.

By publishing, you grant Pintopp a non-exclusive licence limited to hosting, technically processing, displaying and distributing that content within the service, including maps, rankings, LIVE and PIN TOPP. The ordinary licence ends when the content is removed, except for strictly necessary technical, economic or legal retention.

5. Moderation and restrictions

Pintopp uses automated controls and, for published or reported content, review and removal procedures. Your photo and caption may be sent to an external moderation provider before publication. An automated result may temporarily block publication and ask you to edit the text or retake the photo.

Pintopp may remove or restrict content or accounts that breach the law, these Terms or the Publication Rules. Before public opening, Pintopp will also provide the specific illegal-content notice mechanism required by applicable law.

6. Paid promotion

When available, promotion is optional and is not required to publish. Before payment, Pintopp will show the service, total price and taxes, duration/effect and withdrawal conditions.

Promotion may start immediately if you expressly request it. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, Pintopp will provide the applicable online withdrawal function during the legal period and a proportional amount may be payable for the part already supplied. Withdrawal or refund will adjust the economic/promotional effect in a traceable way.

7. Ranking and visibility

PIN TOPP and other economic surfaces use Pintopp's current ranking rules. Promotions do not guarantee a fixed position or a specific number of views. Refunds, disputes or adjustments may change the economic effect.

8. Deletion and termination

You may request or use the account-deletion flow when available. Pintopp will remove the public presence and delete data that is no longer necessary, retaining only records required for legal obligations, security, payments or claims.

9. Law and consumers

These Terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the operator established in Spain, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence where required.
