Publication Rules
Version v1-2026-10-06. These rules apply to photos, captions, profiles and other content submitted to Pintopp.
Core rule
Only publish lawful content for which you have sufficient rights. Do not publish material that infringes third-party rights or puts other people at risk.
Prohibited content
- Illegal content.
- Pornography or explicit sexual content.
- Sexualisation or exploitation of minors.
- Extreme graphic violence or credible threats.
- Harassment, hate or targeted attacks against people or groups.
- Doxxing or disclosure of another person's personal data without a legitimate basis.
- Impersonation.
- Spam, fraud, manipulation, bots or deceptive behaviour.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, image-right or other third-party rights infringements.
Photos, people and location
Do not publish images of other people where you do not have the right to do so. Avoid exposing home addresses, routines, documents, licence plates or other sensitive data without a legitimate reason. Pintopp does not publish the precise GPS used to verify Capture; it uses a less precise public representation.
Moderation
Pintopp may analyse the photo and caption using automated tools before publication. It may also review reported content and remove, restrict or preserve evidence where necessary. A pre-publication automated result may ask you to edit the text or retake the photo.
Moderation measures are applied proportionately to the risk and infringement identified.
Reports
You can use the available reporting mechanisms or contact gestion@pintopp.com. Before public opening, Pintopp will add a formal channel specifically for notices of allegedly illegal content, separate from the quick community-report flow.
