Access and use

Some areas may be publicly accessible. Account, publishing, persistent interaction and promotion features are reserved for people aged 18 or over under the Terms.

Intellectual property

Pintopp's brand, interface, software and proprietary materials are protected by applicable law. User-submitted content remains owned by its rights holders and is governed by the limited licence described in the Terms.

Availability and liability

Pintopp applies reasonable security and continuity measures but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Users must use the service lawfully and respect third-party rights.

Prices

Publishing a PIN is free. If paid promotion is enabled, the total price, taxes, duration, effect and applicable conditions will be shown before contracting.
